100% Mortgages now offered!

That's right, you've read correctly! We're now offering 100% mortgages meaning that you don't need a deposit. All you need is a guarantor who is also a member of the Credit Union...

With a Family Assist Mortgage you can now borrow up to 100% of the purchase price, and your guarantor will need to bridge the gap between 90% and the purchase price. So for example, if you borrow 100% your guarantor will need to deposit 10% into a secure account with the Credit Union. They still earn a dividend on these funds so both parties win all round!
