Customer Service Officer
To maintain the excellent levels of customer service to our membership, we are looking for a new member of staff to join our happy team. The successful candidate would need to demonstrate experience in a customer focussed environment, numeracy and attention to detail, flexibility, and computer skills preferably gained in a credit union, banking or building society role. We would, however, consider applications from school leavers who can evidence the potential to become a valued and conscientious addition to our team. The details of the role are:-
Salary Range
£12,318 to £15,556 p.a. (depending upon experience)
Pension
6% of annual salary (after qualifying period)
Uniform Allowance
£285 p.a. (net of tax & N.I.)
Holidays
21 to 26 days plus Bank Holidays (rising by 1 day for the first 5 years)
Hours of Work
35 hours (between 8.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m by arrangement)
