COVID-19: Service update from the CEO
As we are adapting to working during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are focusing on modifying our practices allowing us to provide the best service we can to you. We moved to remote working almost instantly with the majority of our services and a temporary phone system available to our members. We have now been able to upgrade our phone system allowing our members to contact us on our main office number, while maintaining a remote working facility to keep our team safe at home.
From today onwards you will be able to call us on our usual number. We will be phasing out our temporary mobile numbers over the next few days.

Our Continued Service
We are working hard to be able to provide the high levels of service that you have come to expect as a credit union member. I am pleased to be able to advise you of the services which remain fully functional including our customer service department and our lending and mortgage teams who are ready to deal with any applications or queries.
The most effective way to access your account and apply for our products is through our website, in addition we also have our webchat facility available if you want to chat to us further.
There are few things that we are regretfully unable to offer due to the fact offering them would jeopardise the safety of our staff. We are also being affected by a delay in receiving our post as we are only able to collect this once a week. The services currently affected are the production of cheques for account withdrawals or loans and postal account statements. Statements are available through the members area of the website or electronically by contacting the office.

I would also like to thank the Police Family in general for all you are doing to keep us safe day in and day out.
