We will process any payroll, pension or Direct Debit amendments to reflect this as soon as we can, but beware there may be a delay in your payroll deduction being amended. It is your responsibility to ensure the funds are in your Member Account in time. Please note that Direct Debits take a few days to enter the Credit Union, and there can be a delay with some payroll/pension deductions depending on your payroll department.

If you have any questions at any time please contact the Credit Union. And in the meantime you can watch your savings grow until you receive that lump sum in five years’ time!
