• The application below is for the paid entry of the prize draw. Please visit the main prize draw page for details for free entry.

• Each member can have up to 10 entries per month. Entry cost is £1 per entry, alternatively you can enter for free via post.

• You can add the cost of the prize draw to your payroll deduction or monthly Direct Debit.

• You will be entered into the next available Prize Draw. If your payroll deduction or monthly Direct Debit has already been processed for the month, the amount you have allocated for the Prize Draw will be taken from your existing savings.

• Please note that a minimum of £5 must remain in your Member Account after the prize draw deduction. Having insufficient funds will result in you not being entered into the prize draw.

Cancellation

You can change your number of entries, or cancel your entries into the prize draw at any time. You can do this by completing this form. You can also get in touch with us directly by phone or email.
