Another two graduate from Crestcom…

One of the things that makes No1 CopperPot so different from other organisations is the staff. Investing in the staff makes each one do their job better, which ultimately helps to give our members an even better service!

This month our latest Crestcom graduates are; Chief Finance Officer – Lisa Ridgway and Senior Customer Service Officer – Leanne Griffiths.

Crestcom offers a leadership course to help individuals reach their potential and go on to be leaders in their own department/career. Most of the managers at No1 CopperPot Credit Union have graduated from this course, ensuring the right people are leading the Credit Union in the right direction.
