We’ve been working hard to complete our latest project, which is the upgrading of your online member’s area. The aim is to make managing your account online quicker, easier and more secure. This is now live and ready for you to use and enjoy!

Accessing the new member’s area
We’ve created a step-by-step video guide to explain how to gain access to your new member’s area.
Activating your account
The first time you login, you’ll be required to activate your account. Simply click here or visit our website and click ‘log in’ at the top right hand corner of the page. You will then be required to click the “activate account” button on the login screen, and follow the process to setup a personal password. You can then use this password to login to the member’s area going forward.
Please note: If you would like to continue to manage your account online, you must use the contact number/email address that we have on file for you. If you would like to make sure that we have your up to date information, please contact us. Once your account has been activated, to log into your account you will be required to input your member number and your chosen password (you will no longer need your 4-digit PIN).
Once logged in, you can browse your online account and familiarise yourself with the new upgrade. If you are on the members area and would like to apply for financial products (loans/mortgages/additional savings accounts), simply click our logo on the top left hand side of the page to be taken back to the website homepage.
Our webchat feature is also available on our website during office hours, where our friendly team will be on hand to help you with any questions that you may have.
