Our members’ area will be unavailable between 9pm on Saturday 24th September to no later than 9pm on Sunday 25th September, due to essential scheduled maintenance.
During this time you will not be able to log in to our App or website. This means you will be unable to check your balance, withdraw savings or update your details until the maintenance period is over. If you are planning to make a withdrawal over the weekend, we advise you request this before 9pm on Saturday. You can do this through our website or our App, or you can call or email us during our office hours.
You will still be able to access our website to view our products and services, as well as apply for any savings or loan products.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The Customer Service team will be available until 5pm on Friday to assist with any queries you may have, and our office reopens at 8am on Monday.
