Have you ever heard of the phrase “sharing is caring”? We believe this to be true, and is one of the reasons why we share our profits with you every year! Now we’re asking you to share your Credit Union experience with us.

Even with over 30,000 members, we still pride ourselves on providing the same level of customer service that we had back in 1986 when we started. Our mission is to provide an excellent and tailored service to all our members, and this is one of the many reasons why we are the biggest credit union in England and Wales.

Feedback plays a vital role in the growth of our Credit Union, and this contributes to our success. We believe that our members telling us how they feel is important, as we get the chance to learn how to give our members the best service possible.
